Q1: Why is the plunger not building air pressure?
A: Please check the following two things:

Make sure the built-in rubber ring is installed correctly.

MUST TIGHTEN METAL TANK FIRMLY! A loose connection will result in no air pressure or air leaking. Please ensure the metal tank is tightly secured before use.
Q2: Why won’t it charge, or why doesn’t the red light turn green?
A: If the device has not been used for a long time or the battery is completely depleted, it will enter a safety “under-voltage” mode.

Solution: You must use a 5V/2A power adapter (charger) to charge the device. This specific voltage is required to wake the battery up and exit the under-voltage mode, allowing it to charge normally (until the light turns green).
